Franklin Graham
The Pentagon's recsision of Franklin Graham's invitation to speak at the National Day of Prayer is sad. Because of his comments about another religion, he is being ostracized. This is truly ironic - especially when I know he loves the Muslim people and stands ready at every opportunity to help them in time of need. His organization, Samaritan's Purse, does so much for the hurting, the needy and the undesirables no matter what their religion, no matter what their circumstance. They were one of the first in Iraq to assist during the most recent war and they have been in Sudan for years helping everyone during this horrific conflict. He should be applauded for his courage to stand up and tell the truth: that God loves them and died for them.

Franklin Graham Intolerant of Muslims?
It seems as if any Christian who makes a judgement regarding right and wrong is going to be called intolerant. Franklin Graham's statements regarding "true Islam" may have been a generalization about the way that all Muslims practice Islam, but they cannot be used to label him as intolerant of Muslims and it cannot be argued that teachings of such practices do not exist within Islam as well.
Jesus would condemn the sin of an individual or group of people; however, he also loved them, ate dinner with them, considered them friends.
Franklin Graham and Samaritan's Purse have seen first-hand the effects of people's sin in this world considering they are the ones who come in to clean up the mess. They have helped millions whose needs have risen from the consequences of morally wrong actions. Is this intolerance or love?
It appears as though sooner or later Christians' right to freedom of speech will be taken away because our beliefs regarding sin will be deemed offensive and hateful. And as the freedom of Christians to speak out against other religions begins to diminish because it will be called "intolerance," the freedom for anti-Christian lobbyists will continue to grow allowing them intolerance of the Christian faith.

Should Israel attack Iran?
New developments from Washington have begun to indicate that the Obama Administration is comfortable with the idea of allowing Iran to have nuclear weapons. In the minds of most Israeli's this is unacceptable.
However, with the current administration there is no-way they are going to support an Israeli led attack on Iran. If Israel attacked, full support for Israel would begin to be dissolved as a result from world out-rage, and the US would eventually abandon it's only ally in the region.
So knowing these things, will Israel risk it's relationship with it’s greatest ally and attack Iran anyway?
I say yes!! It is Israel's security that is at stake here, not the US. Israel is the one who has to live next door to a sworn enemy, not the US.
There is no question that Iran will either use their Nuclear weapons on Israel or use it as leverage to have it's way around the region. Either case is a bad scenario for Israel.
The Iranians have already begun to position themselves where Israel won't have the chance to attack. They have been working with the Syrians and have now armed Hezbollah with scud missiles that can bring down Israeli cities. The clock is ticking. If Israel does not attack soon, they will not be in a position to do so.
Christians know Israel has a right to defend it's self. I would not rely on the US to come to it's aid if they are attacked by Iran.
Israel your on your own, but fear not for God is on your side.

Christians Spreading The Gospel In Afghanistan
Recent comments made by the Afghan President Karzai may have caused a riff in U.S. and Afghan relations. Unfortunately, this riff may be felt most by the poorest people of Afghanistan. The poverty there is substantially higher then most people thing and due to the constant fighting, it seems to be increasing as we speak. The poverty there should be one of the top priorities of the U.S. After all, aren't we there to help them rebuild there country with democracy?
If so, we need to help them in every aspect of life, especial their socioeconomic state. Christians have been the face of the aid given to the impoverished people of Afghanistan, but with tensions between the U.S and Afghan officials mounting, we can only pray that American Christians there are not caught in the middle of it and forced to stop helping the poor.
What a wonderful testimony it would be for the people of Afghanistan to become saved through the efforts of American Christians helping them rise out of poverty and become self sustaining . As the article says, this process is absolutely necessary if we are to truly turn this country around. As Christians, it is our duty to help all people in need and do this by the grace of God, not by government implemented initiatives.
I pray that the task of helping the lost people of Afghanistan finding Christ is not interrupted by Bureaucratic nonsense.

Homosexuals infiltrating the Church and Christian Society
1 Corinthians 6:9 (New International Version)
Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders.
Sodom and Gomorrah Destroyed
Genesis CH:18 -19:
4 Before they had gone to bed, all the men from every part of the city of Sodom—both young and old—surrounded the house. 5 They called to Lot, "Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them." ...........
New Living Translation
Leviticus 18:22
"Do not practice homosexuality, having sex with another man as with a woman. It is a detestable sin.

The Bible Vs. Cell Phones
I received this email today and I thought I would share it. The author is unknown.
Ever wonder what would happen if we treated our Bible like we treat our cell phone?
What if we carried it around in our purses or pockets?
What if we flipped through it several times a day?
What if we turned back to go get it if we forgot it?
What if we used it to receive messages from the text?
What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?
What if we gave it to Kids as gifts?
What if we used it when we traveled?
What if we used it in case of emergency?
This is something to make you go....hmm...where is my Bible?
Oh, and one more thing.
Unlike our cell phone, we don't have to worry about our Bible being
Disconnected because Jesus already paid the bill.
Makes you stop and think 'where are my priorities? And no dropped calls!
When Jesus died for us, he was thinking of you!

Has The Freedom Of Practicing Christianity begun to disappear from Great Britain?
Christianity is under attack in Great Britain !
For Instance, over the last several months some key laws were passed that would require Churches all across Britain to provide marriages for same sex couples. And, if the churches refused they could be fined and shut down for religious intolerance.
Another example of religious persecution is the recent event with the nurse Shirley Chaplin who has been banned from a health care facility from wearing a cross around her neck at work. This is a complete out-rage!
A final example in recent weeks is a US Pastor who was arrested in Scotland for preaching a sermon on how homosexuality in God's eyes is a sin. The pastor spent a night in jail and was fined $1000 pounds.
What is going on over there? Where is the out-rage?, Where are the Christians? Where are the protests? Or Is it that Christianity is beginning to disappear from Europe? Maybe no one cares?
Even Muslims are concerned to what is going on. And, when you have Muslims beginning to ask the same questions on why are Christians are being persecuted in Britain, My friends, there can only be disastrous times on the horizon for Europe.
Please Pray for Great Britain
